Tech Coast Works was established to commercialize the inventions of the faculty and researchers of UCI's Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences, and the Southern California hi tech community. TCW is the second incubator to be facilitated by the Orange County Business Incubation Network (OCBIN), a public benefit initiative of the University of California at Irvine.
TCW provides its portfolio companies with funding, mentoring, access to pre-screened service providers and opportunities for partnerships with the faculty and staff of the Donald Bren School of Computer Science as well as corporate partners of UC Irvine, OCBIN and Tech Coast Works.
